These Regulations constitute an integral and essential part of the accommodation contract. By booking and/or entering the property, the Guest declares to have read and fully accepted their contents.
GUESTS
Art. 1 – Check-in

Identification: Access to the Camping Village is permitted exclusively to guests with a valid ID document, which is required for registration formalities and compliance with notification obligations to the Public Security Authorities.

Payment: The balance of the entire booking amount must be paid at the time of check-in.

Disputes: Following the assignment of the accommodation or pitch, the Guest has a maximum of one hour to raise any disputes regarding the information received during the booking phase. Any complaints or disputes presented at the end of the stay will not be taken into consideration.

Weekly Stays: Weekly stays strictly run from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.

Timings: The stay begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (check-in) and ends at 9:00 AM on the day of departure (check-out).

Priority Pass: Subject to availability, guests can purchase a Priority Pass formula for early access to the accommodation; the number of passes is limited.

Undeclared Guests: Any guests not declared upon arrival will be considered as staying at the host client’s housing unit for the entire period and will be subject to the rates provided in the current price list.

Compliance & Identification: The Guest is required to sign these Regulations, the privacy policy, and the price list for acceptance, as well as to wear the identification wristband provided by the Management. Failure to display the wristband will result in an additional charge of €5.00 for each verification.

Minors: Minors are admitted exclusively if accompanied by a parent or a person exercising legal responsibility over them.
Art. 2 – Pets

Allowed Areas: Pets are allowed exclusively in masonry bungalows, subject to prior communication and authorization by the Management.

Leash & Cleanup: The use of a leash is mandatory and, where required, a muzzle. Owners must also possess a scoop and bag for the immediate removal of waste.

Regulations & Fees: Pet owners are required to comply with the specific pet regulations and pay the corresponding fee specified in the price list.
Art. 3 – Beach Service

Eligibility: The beach service is reserved exclusively for guests staying in bungalows, mobile homes, and motorhomes/camper vans.

Assignment: The use of related services (beach kit) is permitted only upon assignment by the Management. The umbrella is assigned in combination with the accommodation number; no changes or substitutions are permitted.

Priority Rows: The first rows of umbrellas are reserved for housing units classified as TOP and PREMIUM in the official price list.
-
Small Dogs on the Beach: Small dogs are allowed on the beach exclusively in dedicated stations, in limited numbers (maximum of 5).

Dog Access Terms: Access with a dog, if authorized and subject to availability, implies forfeiting the umbrella associated with the accommodation. It is permitted exclusively in compliance with current health and hygiene regulations and the peace of other guests.

Owner Responsibility: Pet owners or handlers are required to supervise them responsibly, avoiding any behavior that could cause disturbance, discomfort, or danger to other bathers.

Behavioral Restrictions: Dogs displaying aggressive, biting, excessively noisy, persistent behavior, or behavior that compromises the serenity and right to rest of other guests will not be allowed to remain on the beach.

Removal Policy: The Management reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the animal and its owner from the beach if behaviors incompatible with safety, civil coexistence, or respect for public peace are found.

Cleanliness: It remains mandatory to immediately collect pet waste and keep the occupied area clean. Free beach access near the lido is permitted.
Art. 4 – Security Deposit

Deposit Amount: Upon arrival, a security deposit of €100.00 is required to guarantee the integrity of the accommodation and its equipment.

Refund: The deposit will be refunded at check-out, following a verification of the absence of damage or missing items.

Inventory & Linens: The inventory list is available inside each housing unit. Accommodations are not supplied with linens; a rental service is available.
Art. 5 – Facility Hours
The Camping Village observes the following hours:

Quiet Hours: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Reception: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM / 3:50 PM – 8:00 PM

The Management reserves the right to modify these hours on the occasion of special events or demonstrations.
Art. 6 – Theft and Damage

Valuables: The Management is not liable for the theft, loss, or damage of goods not directly entrusted to it and for which a written receipt has not been issued.

Utilities: The Management is not responsible for damages resulting from interruptions in the supply of water, electricity, or other services not attributable to its own will.
Art. 7 – Parking Space

Internal Vehicle Ban: Parking cars or other vehicles inside the Camping Village is prohibited, except for loading and unloading operations upon arrival and departure. Violation will result in a charge of €50.00 per day.

Speed Limit: Driving speed inside the village must strictly be at a walking pace.
-
External Parking: A free, unattended external parking area is available. Only one external parking space is provided for each housing unit and/or pitch.

Extra Vehicles: Authorization to park additional vehicles is at the sole discretion of the Management and is subject to the payment of a supplement.
Art. 8 – Check-out

Accommodations: Check-out is fixed at 9:00 AM for bungalows and mobile homes; failure to comply will result in the charge of the entire day.

Pitches: For pitches, departure is expected by 12:00 PM, regardless of the arrival time.
-
Final State: At the end of the stay, the housing unit must be left tidy, and waste must be disposed of in the appropriate bins located in the dedicated area opposite the reception.
SEASONAL GUESTS
Art. 9 – General Rules

All-Inclusive Flat Rate: Caravans placed on a pitch for the entire year benefit from the “All Inclusive” seasonal flat rate, which includes winter storage, entertainment passes, and any other services provided, in addition to guests within the number allowed by the chosen formula.

Definition of “Guests”: “Guests” refers exclusively to overnight-staying members of the same household.
-
Season Period: The seasonal period runs approximately from mid-May to the end of September.
-
Pricing: The applicable price list is the one communicated by the Management at the end of the year for the following season.
-
No-Use Policy: The seasonal flat rate is due in full even in case of non-use of the stay.
-
Deadlines: The option to choose or maintain a pitch must be exercised by December 31st, with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the seasonal amount; the final balance must be paid by the end of June.
Art. 10 – Equipped Pitches

Authorizations: Every request for installation or connection to the Campsite’s services must be previously authorized by the Management. No intervention can be carried out by external personnel without the express consent of the Management. No employee is authorized to grant or modify interventions on the Camping Village properties.

Structure Conditions: The installation of verandas, pre-entrances, gazebos, or similar structures is permitted exclusively if they are:

Easily removable;
-
Not fixed to the ground;
-
Intended for temporary needs during the opening period.

Liability: The Property is not responsible for structures built on the pitch. Any removals imposed by the competent Authorities must be carried out without the right to any refund. The Property assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to structures, equipment, or goods present.

Technical Specs: Requests mentioned in paragraph 4 must be accompanied by drawings and technical specifications.
-
Mobility: The Guest is required to guarantee the mobility of the vehicle (wheels, towbar, and license plates).
-
Removals: The Management reserves the right to remove unauthorized or deemed incompatible installations at any time. Any unauthorized connection or modification will be removed at the customer’s expense.

Pitch Cleanliness: It is mandatory to keep the pitch tidy and clean, with particular attention to:

Keeping the space under the caravan clean;
-
Properly disposing of bulky waste;
-
Depositing daily waste into the appropriate containers.

Art. 11 – Use and Placement of LPG Cylinders
Safety Mandate: To guarantee the safety of guests, staff, and the facility, it is mandatory that all LPG cylinders used to service caravans, motorhomes, mobile homes, or other housing units be placed exclusively in adequately ventilated outdoor spaces.

Strictly Prohibited:
-
Placing or keeping LPG cylinders inside the housing units;
-
Storing LPG cylinders in enclosed rooms, enclosed verandas, storage rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, or other environments that are not adequately ventilated;
-
Accumulating spare cylinders inside the pitches or accommodation units.
-

Positioning: Cylinders must be kept in a vertical position, correctly connected to the user systems, and placed to avoid accidental impacts, exposure to heat sources, or situations that could compromise safety.

Hoses & Regulators: Flexible connection hoses and pressure regulators must comply with current regulations, be maintained in a good state of preservation, and must not show signs of deterioration, wear, or expiration. The user is obliged to replace them within the terms indicated by the manufacturer and whenever conditions that could compromise safety are found.

Inspections: The Management reserves the right to carry out periodic checks and request the immediate removal of non-compliant situations.

Violations: Non-compliance with these provisions constitutes a violation of the Internal Regulations and may lead to the adoption of measures deemed necessary by the Management, up to the termination of the stay in particularly serious cases.
Art. 12 – Request for Pre-Seasonal Services

Notice Period: Seasonal clients who intend to use the assembly service for verandas, other removable structures, or any other service to be carried out before the start of the summer season are required to submit a specific request to the Management at least 20 (twenty) days before the presumed date of arrival.

Approval: Given the heavy workload preceding the start of the summer season, the execution of requested services is subject to the prior approval of the Management, which will evaluate each request based on the scheduling of interventions and compatibility with works already planned or underway.

Submission: Requests must be submitted exclusively to the Management. Interventions requested with less notice than required or not previously authorized cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary Nature: It is understood that any verandas or other installed structures must be temporary and completely removable, in compliance with the campsite regulations and current legislation.
